I've made a complaint about the quality of the products, but I haven't had any feedback.
Product quality ok packaging level far from good powder everywhere despite the extra bag that packs both bags
With this order, I had ordered a book (everything was available), after a few days as I still didn't have my parcel, I called the customer service who informed me that this book was not available before three weeks; therefore my order was on hold; I don't find this very good. On other sites, they send what's available; they don't block the order.
Contrary to the site's promise of 48-hour delivery, the company phoned on May 26th to arrange an appointment for delivery on June 2nd. But it was a birthday present that couldn't wait. We had to collect the parcel from the warehouse ourselves, with the vagaries of traffic and the vagaries of GPS. I'm not sure I'd recommend it. In this case, it's better to go to a store.
Package conforms to the description on the site and I'm very pleased with it. Shipped quickly, but delivery by the France Express Geodis carrier was rather disappointing. I had to go and pick it up myself at the storage warehouse because the carrier's customer service hadn't done its job and was not available for delivery. The main thing is that the equipment is satisfactory.

Insufficiently secure payment system impossible for manager to understand
The packaging of the egg slicer indicated that it could be put in the dishwasher. So before using it, I put it in the dishwasher. I then ran it under water, but the black layer was still sticking, so I can't use a metal that degrades and can be a health hazard for food.
Delivery took a little long. This was probably due to the fact that the goods came from France. The goods do not match the details of the order. Pictures on the Internet do not match the product.

The parcel was not delivered to the chosen shop and this is not the only one nor the first time. unfortunately for us, we found the same product at a lower price two days later. thank you for the catalog, your products are very good but very expensive.
Item partly not in accordance with the description, with specific reference to the larger plot, which was deemed not sufficient for my needs.
I was very surprised to receive with my product a leaflet for a brand offering tools entitled "forge and garden". What a surprise to read on one side of this leaflet that this brand offered a range of tools specifically for women with, and I quote, "tools adapted to the female morphology", and what intolerable sexism (and I'm a man)".
The product was ordered in September and a new delivery date was repeatedly given, the last one being 30.01.2017. We canceled the goods and got our money back.
The merchandise is decent and well packaged, but the delivery time, which was initially 3 to 5 days, turned into more than 15 days, even though it was available when I placed my order. So I'm not at all happy about this missed deadline.
A broken item and as it was put in a fermentation vat we didn't see it when we looked at the parcel with the deliveryman. We'll check with customer service to see if it's covered or not.
Very long waiting time without delivery information
The consignment has been sent by La Poste to Great Britain instead of Belgium. It is unclear when the shipment will arrive at our address in Belgium (whether it will arrive at all). In the future I will go to the store myself and say goodbye to internet shopping

The grater does a very good job, but the item has many flaws : splashes everywhere; above it lacks a cap with a hole and a cylinder above for inserting apples; the inner cylinder of the grater fills up and you have to empty it by hand; at the bottom you need a door to parry splashes, which can be opened to clean the cylinder; the pestle is useless I replaced the crank to use a drill.
I received my parcel a month later, you mentioned the wrong zip code.

I bought a N° REBER stainless steel manual épépineuse, in particular to press small fruits (blackberries, raspberries, ...) It doesn't work at all the pulp isn't evacuated and quickly blocks the auger (whether the fruits are raw or cooked) even when pressing only very small quantities at a time what can I do? thanks
We don't ADVISE a 14 year old high school student; like an adult the result is that this student comes out with a jacket that fits him; certainly very well; but ....comme he's in growing pains he'll only wear it for 2 to 3 months .... and at the price of your articles .... we won't replace it at your place it will also avoid the companions looking like nerds.

I bought a Reber dehydrator for fruit and vegetables in stainless steel. This appliance really lacks power. 2 full days of drying for tomatoes, the same time as in the sun on my terrace.

The product was delivered in a damaged cardboard packaging, one element (thermometer) had a broken glass, but I didn't notice it right away (and therefore, I didn't contact the after-sales service).
