Not really satisfied with the GLS delivery service, a bit disappointed not to have received any answer from Tom Press when I reported it. On the other hand, I can't fault the quality of the products.

The product ordered arrived damaged. The delivery was made by colissimo. You are not responsible for the handling of the delivery, however I noticed (cf. my e-mail) that the product was not well protected. Almost 2 weeks for delivery Barrel damaged at the bung: wood embedded all around the orifice. Impossible to see on delivery unless you completely remove the protective layers of plastic film ... Not serious for use, but worth noting.
The customer is not informed of the day of delivery. in this age of all-out communication, it's a shame.

The machine is very tight you can't adjust it, i bought it for my daughter for her fimo dough, she's very disappointed, i don't recommend it even for making noodles because you can't adjust the thickness and it shreds the dough. the mercato is really better, i've had it for years and it's used very often, it's better to get this one.

Very disappointed. The bottles leak when poured because the caps float and are therefore not watertight at all. Further to your reply, I would like to point out that I have carried out other tests. It clicks into place without any problem, since it's impossible to remove the cap afterwards. But the cork doesn't adhere to the bottle at all, which is normal because there's a 2 mm gap in height.
I made a mistake with my order and you did nothing to help me out. I ordered the right product and just asked your carrier to pick up the other one at my expense, but no, I had to manage on my own. I put the drum up for sale on the bon coin and you lost me as a customer.

The parcel arrived totally ripped open. It said "glass" on it
Delivery problem, tracking was blocked. Little help from customer service, I had to call the carrier myself (pay number). Once delivered, the parcel was protected in a cardboard box, but when I opened it, the top of one of the uprights was bent. I haven't fixed it yet but I think the product is still functional, but customer service and delivery need to be reviewed.

Disappointed with the delivery company. The parcel spent 5 days waiting at the warehouse without any call. The deliveryman was in too much of a hurry, practically forcing you to sign without seeing the contents of the parcel. As for the products, on unpacking, the quality seems to correspond to the details on the site, but remains to be tried.

I put 1 star for delivery because I had the option of collecting my parcel from the carrier (transco) where I waited 25 minutes on the quay for someone to deign to bring my parcel to me. Better to have it delivered. The only downside is that there are no instructions for use with my sterilizer (operation and basic advice). Very friendly customer service.

The problem with these boxes is that they are very fragile and many of them are defective on delivery, which means loss and no claims possible.
