The black screws are really ugly on a white board, which is a pity because the whole thing is ugly, especially when seen from the front in a kitchen.

Too bad the rennet and ferments were not in stock, it should have been known when the order was placed, like ( in the process of being restocked, lead time ....) Almost 3 weeks delivery time, not even an email to warn me, I have to ask for news of the lead time...in short, not great logistics....

Hello, I'm sorry about the delivery time, which was over 2 months. I was not notified of the delivery, nor was I given an appointment to pick up the pallet. What would have happened if I hadn't been there. That said, very good material.

I was ordering for the second time and from order to delivery, everything was very good (as with my 1st order).

I've just done a 1st evaluation but I went a bit fast and I made a mistake, I reversed the 1 and the 5... I'm very satisfied!

Product delivered one month after order...that's a long time. No clarification or apology from customer service.

Order held for over 2 months..without TOM press contacting me. I had to call!

Delivery time much longer than originally announced. A message announcing delivery delays would have been appreciated. Otherwise responsive customer service, good quality product and as expected.

It's been a long expedition, but I guess it's complicated right now 🙂
