I received my order. It is too big for me. I have sent an email to atn customer service to exchange it for another one and I have not received a reply. I am forced to return it and ask for a refund. I will not order from the web again.

I am disappointed I cmded a jean's sold in 36 but too much so I sent back and registered in 34. In the meantime I sent an email to [email protected] for a 3€ refund but no answer so I ended up ordering the 34 because it was on sale and I was afraid I wouldn't get my size anymore. Otherwise disappointed because the return is not free.
