Hello, nothing to complain about the services of the site and the delivery, however very disappointed with the fragility of the delivered arch (the sliding tube inside bent at the first wheel passage) no longer slides. To be disassembled to straighten, see to reinforce.

The product I ordered satisfies me!
However, I left a message regarding a badge that had broken prematurely, no response on this subject, nor any commercial gesture when ordering a new badge, too bad!

Hello,
Please excuse us for this inconvenience.
It is certainly not our style to not respond to received messages, and I am sorry that you did not receive a response. I searched everywhere in our history, unfortunately, I did not find any correspondence from you. Was it by email or by phone?
Regarding the broken remote control, do you have the reason for the premature breakage?
Do not hesitate to give me more details, I will of course take your request into account.
If you do not receive a response by email, it is sometimes due to emails not reaching their destination (in either direction), and sometimes a few forgets unfortunately, but you should not hesitate to follow up with us. Also by phone, so you have someone directly.
Remaining at your disposal.
And thanking you for your trust.
Best regards,
Christopher

Hello,
Thank you for your message.
Sorry if the time seemed long to you, we did ship the goods on the day of the order (order 10:30, shipment 14:30). The delivery time is unfortunately beyond our control, not to mention the weekend when there are no deliveries.
Remaining at your disposal if necessary.
