I received the product well, it was compliant and quick, but the order was for my parents and I received it at my home. By paying via PayPal, my PayPal address replaced the one I had indicated. I realized this immediately. I informed customer service on the site (urgent case) and received no response. I was therefore forced to pay shipping fees (in addition to those already paid on the site and quite expensive) to forward the package. I then contacted customer service again and still received no response.

Response from Ultra Secure (ultrasecuredirect.com)
Hello, We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. Our purchasing system never retrieves PayPal details; only those you enter on our site are used, so I am confused about what may have happened. All customer correspondence (email, phone, mail, contact form) is saved in our customer files, but unfortunately, I see no trace of your requests, which explains why you did not receive a response. Did you click on 'Send message'? A confirmation appears in green when your message is sent. In any case, I will ask my customer service to contact you to better understand your complaint, and I remain personally at your disposal if necessary. Best regards, Christopher / securitemarche.fr

Good reception but the information on the products could be more precise, which in my opinion would have avoided me some rather unpleasant surprises
I am not very unhappy, but I think my experience could have been much better

Good: Well-designed site although a bit repetitive, fast delivery, effective product easy to install and use but a bit expensive and with a certain lack of autonomy!

The siren noise is too low
Translated reviews
Response from Ultra Secure (ultrasecuredirect.com)
Hello, Sorry for this feeling. One of the advantages of this range is that you can add additional sirens (there is no limit to the number). We had the opportunity to test 3 or 4 sirens and I can confirm a good difference, it shakes! Do not hesitate to contact our service if you need help finding compatible additional elements. Best regards, Christopher / securitemarche.fr

Response from Ultra Secure (ultrasecuredirect.com)
Hello, Sorry for this feeling, our product sheets are very detailed, we have never had feedback at this level (on the contrary, we are often told that there is too much...). Please feel free to send us any additional information you would like to see, we take all feedback constructively and it allows us to continuously improve our catalog. Best regards, Christopher / securitemarche.fr

Overall, correct, the technical service is more honest than the sales service. This is probably because the technicians know the products sold better than those who sell them. But a performing product apart from a few functions that I have not yet managed to master or that do not work. I still recommend. M.D
