Order delivered on time, product well packaged. Product installed and provided complete satisfaction for about 1 month. Breakdown and return of the product with a return slip and sending a new detector. Customer service worked well and the staff on the phone were very friendly. Perfect.

One of the best on-line companies that i have dealt with. I wasn't spending a lot of money but they provided technical support and guidance on products (several times) and have even offered to wire up and prepare some components before sending them out.
