I ordered the same product three times, two years ago, last year and this year. The ringtones from last year and two years ago are of better quality (sounds) than this year's.

The site is very clear, the information requested by email or phone is relevant and quick. Deliveries are made shortly after the order, so you have delivery in about 48 hours. Moreover, they know their products very well, both the salespeople and the technicians for technical questions. I have made at least 3 or 4 orders with them and have been satisfied every time. I highly recommend this company. Best regards.

It is not always easy to navigate between the sections to find the desired item. But once that is done, everything becomes simpler.

The remotes are of average quality, often need to open the case to properly replace the battery for good contact.

Response from Ultra Secure (ultrasecuredirect.com)
Hello, Sorry for the inconvenience caused. Indeed, we have already seen this contact problem with the battery, however once replaced, it should not happen again. I will ask our customer service to call you to proceed with an exchange. Best regards, Christopher / securitemarche.fr
