I was used to the store when I lived in Lille, and now I'm used to the site, which is very practical and functional. Fast delivery and very well packaged. Very nice that there are always two-three samples. I only regret that there are no remote loyalty points.
I prefer to buy in store to see and smell the tea but on the website it's easy to order. P
