Good site good product but you have to be patient for shipments. Already 2 times so either my name is not liked or it's the organization that does that.

As indicated on the site, we ship orders every day from Monday to Friday, and any order placed before noon is shipped the same day - the tracking link is sent to you by email the same day, a few hours after shipping. Once the package is shipped, it is in the hands of the Post, and the vast majority of packages reach their destination in mainland France within 48 hours. However, it sometimes happens that shipments experience some delays over which we unfortunately have no control.
