Ordered on the 5th received on the 12th instead of the 24 to 48 hours that was agreed, when I asked Unicorn Vap if there was a problem with my package, I was told to wait, I had to contact the post myself which is not very serious since the shipping costs are paid to Unicorn Vap and not to the post, it is up to the seller to do what is necessary

Hello Anthony, Thank you for your comment! Following the bad weather last week in the Paris region, the postal network was disrupted and many packages experienced delays of several days. This problem is global and does not only concern shipments from our platform. We completely understand your frustration, but in this case, unfortunately, there is no other solution than to be patient and wait a few days for the situation to resolve. Best regards and happy vaping, Bastien Unicorn Vape

Good site good product but you have to be patient for shipments. Already 2 times so either my name is not liked or it's the organization that does that.

Response from Unicorn Vape Published on 14/02/2018

Hello Yannick, Thank you for your comment! As indicated on the site, we ship orders every day from Monday to Friday, and any order placed before noon is shipped the same day - the tracking link is sent to you by email the same day, a few hours after shipping. Once the package is shipped, it is in the hands of the Post, and the vast majority of packages reach their destination in mainland France within 48 hours. However, it sometimes happens that shipments experience some delays over which we unfortunately have no control. If your package takes longer than reasonable to arrive at its destination, do not hesitate to contact us by email! Best regards and happy vaping, Bastien Unicorn Vape
