I placed an order for a leather bracelet, its gift bag and an engraving. But the invoice was later updated without the engraving.Edit: Ursul customer service was very efficient in handling the situation. They contacted me on Wednesday and apologized for the error due to their system. They did the engraving the same day and delivered a new, engraved bracelet the next day - Thursday.

Very nice bracelet because it's unusual. However, after two days' wear, the bracelet showed scratches without any action having been taken that might damage it... So it's impossible to wear it in everyday life if you want to keep the polished finish.
