Very happy with my purchase on Ursul. The design is original, the finish of the product seems very good. I am disappointed on 3 points: the fact that the merchant site is a Shopify is not reassuring from my point of view. Second point, the delivery option to a relay point does not allow you to choose your relay point (or it is very poorly done, and I did not like the Neighbor relay option which consists of picking up my package next to my home and having to make an appointment with the person who received the package in my place). Finally, on the site, the item is presented in a nice leather box, the reality is that it arrives in a cardboard box in the brand's colors. These elements detract from the shopping experience of a product at €390, despite a quality that seems to be there. Ursula you are a great brand, we count on you to improve that!

The bracelet is more yellow than camel, I'm a bit disappointed, it's a gift for my mother's 60th birthday. She chose it, but I hope she won't be disappointed either.

Very pretty bracelet. Disappointing however on the engraving because the spelling was not respected. I wanted "A notre coach préférée" in the feminine and it was engraved in the masculine "préféré"! Too bad, because it's a woman's bracelet.

I bought a leather strap bracelet for my husband. The look is very nice but the fasteners to hold the link hurt his wrist. It's a shame he's even thinking of changing the fastener... I don't know if it'll be possible.

Satisfied for the bracelet, however for a gift, I find that not providing a certificate that it is gold, and just a white sheet A4 with written in gold is not the detail of the grammage. It's just a shame.

The quality of the product is there (metal + leather) but the metal U exerts too much pressure on the upper part of the wrist, which after a while becomes painful (you can even see the notch mark on the skin).I tried to spread the U further apart but nothing helped.
