The fan is pretty. But for the price, I thought the wood would be varnished. It will get dirty quickly if I don't varnish it myself.

Regarding the products, nothing to complain about. However, the site announces a shipment within 48 hours. After my order, I received an email informing me of a delay of about 10 days. Then, after the deadline passed, I followed up by email twice without ever receiving a response. In the end, I placed my order on 9/05 and received it on 29/05 (it was a birthday gift for 24/05!) Too bad.....

I am quite disappointed with the quality of the finishes of the 2 fans purchased. Also, the packaging leaves much to be desired for the price, wrapped in kraft paper. Disappointed, even more so, that I had bought a fan of your brand in a store in Montpellier 6 years ago, in a nice cardboard case with your brand name. The price was of course lower but the quality much better.
