Our discussions about delivery were not fruitful: the delivery man did what he wanted to do, arriving at 11.40am, whereas someone had arrived at my house at 12pm to receive the wines. The driver didn't even leave a phone message. I had to drive all the way from Nantes to the depot to collect the wines before closing time. Vive la modernité. Not all the wines I bought are listed below...it must be a bug! My friends made a wonderful discovery with the Mondeuse Noire from Blard.

Dear Sir, we're sorry that the delivery driver was 20 minutes early in his round. Of course, if you hadn't gone to pick up your wines that day, he would have come back to deliver on another day since he couldn't find anyone. The carrier or we would have contacted you to rearrange an appointment. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience, and please don't hesitate to call us if you have the slightest delivery problem. We do our best to make things easier with carriers who unfortunately can't carry out their rounds to the minute or go back... Fast shipment, compliant products, very friendly carrier. However, the only downside concerns a wooden crate costing €270, which was sent unprotected. The wine didn't suffer, but the case arrived a little dirty and with 2 paper labels whose glue doesn't come off easily. Not serious, but a shame...
