As a client for several years, we do not benefit from discounted rates or so-called 'loyalty' rates. In short, to thank us for our loyalty, VIVALING could offer us promotional rates.

I don't have enough lessons yet to really give my opinion. I will test another teacher to see which method suits me best. But for now, I am satisfied with my teacher's attentiveness and availability.

My son Paul has been taking lessons with coach Felicity for a long time and it is always a pleasure for him. Felicity is always in a good mood. We can review the videos and work on them together, I particularly like when Felicity gives him homework, however, I would like him to spend several sessions studying the same concept because I am not sure Paul absorbs everything in one session. Felicity is a great coach.

Overall it is well organized, I regret that we cannot access the list of coaches alone, we have to ask and we are not sent more than 2 profiles. Prices have increased without us being notified. You ask for a native coach and they select Mexicans for example for Spanish.

I think the services are great. Sometimes there are technical issues that are not the fault of the instructor or VivaLing. The instructors are very organized and well prepared for the lessons.

Always available to answer questions, very easy to navigate site whether for making appointments (interviews for all scholarships) or adding credit. Emails to remind you of class times, very useful!
