The products have been fantastic, but shipping and processing times have been fairly slow.
Great customer service. When I reached out to customer service about a specific concern, they were quick to respond and eager to help. Would definitely recommend based on this alone.
It was my first big order at Wear Moi. All process went professionally, as it should! Just some sizes were too small, despite we were choosing them in the base of the WM size chart textiles very carefully, so I will need to return them and order bigger ones.

Order came with a big delay. Also, it’s really expensive to send order back, because that costs 20€ ( order was ~70) so there is no rational reason to do that. Really bad experience this time. Especially delayed delivery…
