The leotards are beautiful; the communication was horrid. Shipping was over two months with no explanation even when I inquired with customer service.

Our friends ordered size 6/8 for their 6 yo and your product is so small, I was told to not waste my time and order 8/10 for my 5 yo. You should let your customers know that the size runs small. In addition, I put in the 10% code and it was not honored. When I asked, I received an email stating I have 10% refund, but the attachment came stated the same amount as original. It just has not been easy.

Terrible never again. Go absolutely anywhere else. Patronising ignorant support.

Great products and wonderful customer service

I buy wear moi leotards all the time. Their dance wear is made beautifully and are very feminine and classic. I love them they are my very favorite leotard manufacturer. I do have two issues with them. First one is that the only West Moi Store is in Chicago and we would love to be able to try on the shoes, the fashion etc. The second is that delivery is slow… so you need to be patient waiting for that distinct “swirly printed” bag!

My package was mis-delivered, and I was supposed to receive a refund from WearMoi per one of their customer service representatives. I Never received refund. I re-ordered the items and paid for them, since my daughter needs these items for her ballet classes. They still have not arrived. It has been 17 days since I ordered and paid.

It was a product as expected.I think it would be nice if there were more products that were not influenced by basic trends.

The delivery took about 6 weeks. One of the items was out of stock, which was disappointing. Overall, however, we love Wear Moi and everything they make.
