Ordering on the site was easy, and the delivery went well. The packages were very well packaged and in perfect condition. So nothing to complain about, it was perfect.

Well-made site with lots of very interesting products despite still very high prices. Perfect delivery on time and very nice delivery person. Mixed review on the ordered product: the bed is good overall: suitable for the development of children's autonomy, bio-sourced materials, nice shape and color, practical size as there is no need to change the mattress compared to a crib... But for 200€, I would have liked a bit more quality: after 10 days of use, it is deformed because the edges do not hold up against the baby getting in and out of bed several times a day. I'm also afraid that the seams will come loose quickly. Too bad because it's Wesco material that is used in my children's nursery, it seemed solid to me; that's why I ordered from their site. I thought I was paying for quality that would serve both children (they are 1 year apart)... Today, I'm not sure that the bed will be usable for the youngest... We'll see in the long term...

I paid for a chronopost for nothing hoping for a delivery scheduled for Monday 5/12 in vain because the address I wrote during payment was only communicated halfway, yet it was to be delivered to the only care house in this location, which I had also indicated, but neither wesco nor chronopost called or emailed me to resolve the delivery, nothing before my call to only understand that I was the only one penalized by this communication error between wesco and chronopost despite the address indicated on the wesco site.

The dimensions are larger than stated in the description, 127 cm instead of 120 cm, so it does not fit the mattress. The fabric seems very thin, I hope it will last over time.

Happy with my purchase, there are items that I haven't tried yet and the ball is not yet inflated.

I never received my order even though it was shipped on November 17. The customer service is unreachable so I don't know what's going on. I sent an email and they offered me a complaint that will be processed within 10 days, unacceptable!

Why charge for a colissimo if we are picking up our package at a relay point? A relay point that can be the post office anyway! Might as well have it delivered by the post office in that case, we use less gas!
