Website navigation not very easy, customer service great and delivery without problems within the indicated deadlines

I know the wesco brand professionally, so without hesitation I buy wesco to give to my grandchildren

The order tracking showed my order as nonexistent, so no information on the delivery. Product delivered to a pickup point for over a week without info (my order almost went back...) while the delivery was normally scheduled to home. Info obtained after contacting customer service.

Regarding the delivery, the delay was too long. No possibility to schedule a delivery before 1 month after the order, which is very unfortunate

Product as described, however the fork fixing nut was missing for assembly as the bag containing the screws and nuts was not sealed in the package
