It's a shame that one has to do a bit more research to find this mattress. Delivery was faster than expected. It took place a week before the proposed dates, which were incorrect on the site. I absolutely won't complain about that!

It is indicated that there are two pallets in the preparation slip, but there is only one. The mat is indicated as delivered, but not received.

You entrusted my order to a terrible carrier who left the 4 packages on my doorstep for anyone to see, risking them being stolen. This is unacceptable. I was not at home since the delivery was scheduled between November 16 and 18. The order seems correct although I have not assembled the beds. I have no issues with the quality of your items. Avoid this carrier GLS in the future, which many say does a poor job; the packages were left haphazardly and prevented my neighbor from leaving his house. The carrier is also unreachable. Thank you.

ARCHIbloc BRICKS C Very thin cardboard compared to the old Wesco bricks! They are labeled as multicolored while only one color is assigned per size of brick! It's not the same thing!!! So I ordered 40 large bricks and they all arrived blue!

Returns are too complicated and the return shipping costs are quite high for the customer. This is not normal.

Honestly, the products are of excellent quality, but it's a shame that you, Wesco, do not ship packages to French Guiana. I would also have liked the educational board to exactly match the colors of the lines in the Seyes notebook (blue/purple/pink) and for the squares to be slightly wider, which would allow for larger writing on the board and thus enhance visibility for the children. Otherwise, the products are of excellent quality.
