Disappointed with the delivery time: I received my product on September 1st, it's deplorable. I don't understand how it could take more than three weeks to prepare my order and another two weeks to be delivered

Delivery made on time

Nothing to complain about regarding the delivery. Product delivered ahead of the indicated deadlines, so it's always a nice surprise. Just a downside regarding the packaging: A box the size of a shoebox to deliver a purchase the size of a cigarette pack... not very eco-friendly... but the box is nice and we will find another use for it.

Complicated navigation as soon as we go to another page. The site does not keep the chosen section and the items placed in the cart. Always have to redo it!

Top super fast delivery

Very good site, we find a lot of eco-friendly and less harmful supplies. I have been ordering for 2 school years because there are no surprises. Serious seller, package arrived on the indicated date, in short, everything is perfect! Thank you, I recommend!

The products are of good quality but I received a part (fragile) of the delivery damaged due to lack of protection in the box. More than anything, I regret not being able to pay for my order in 4X with Paypal. I have to split my orders which impacts my ecological footprint and multiplies shipping costs.

2 missing items in my package, no response to my complaint email. The material is quite quality but in case of issues, don't expect the site to compensate or respond!
