The product I bought was well packaged in a box of 30 cm by 20 cm. Very good, except that this same box was placed in another very large box: 3 times the size of the purchased product. In short, it was 'swimming' in this big box and was not secured, and on top of that, I had gone by bicycle to pick it up, but it was unfeasible in that state.

I really like your brand and appreciate the quality of the listed items. However, despite a clear and categorized site, my colleagues and I in kindergarten found it complicated to find the items that correspond to our cycle 1. We have to search through all the categories, and it takes a lot of time. Moreover, the cart is not saved when we have to leave the site: we have to start all over again, and some of us have given up.

Simple and fast

We ordered the Babisiège KIT in yellow. It is very beautiful, looks sturdy. The color is not too bright, so it's perfect. Everything is perfect except for the delivery; I noted in the delivery details that I would not be at home for 15 minutes from 9:45 to 10:00, and the delivery person called me at 9:50 to let me know he was arriving. My note on the delivery details was not taken into account. The delivery person had another delivery in my city, so I was able to receive my packages. When the packages arrived, surprise, in a large plastic bag, unprotected; I would have liked bubble wrap. For the price, I don't find that acceptable. Given the delivery person, it could have been easily stolen.
