The after-sales service does its job very well but we are disappointed with the quality of the products which is declining. We have been customers for many years and we have received 5 defective products in a very short time. Sometimes they arrive already broken at delivery and other times, they break during the first use by the children. Moreover, this breakage could sometimes quickly pose a danger to the children, without a great vigilance on our part.
