Very good as usual, even though the delay was long, but it arrived just in time for the nice days.

The site is perfect. However, regarding delivery, I had to contact customer service to find out where my delivery was. The carrier had put my package on hold but only contacted me after customer service followed up with them.

The order went perfectly. The only downside is regarding the delivery through the carrier VIR. In fact, the customer service of VIR is not able to contact the delivery people and warehouses, which is problematic when it is noted absent in the tracking and the person is present.

Attention: for delivery, the boxes were left in the building lobby without the delivery person attempting to ring the library. It was the cleaning lady who alerted us to retrieve the boxes accessible to everyone.
