DELIVERY VERY WELL PACKAGED

Rug received damaged (like cuts from a cutter). This is not surprising as it was just wrapped in transparent plastic. I made a complaint and I hope to receive a new one! My rating could be revised depending on customer service... otherwise, apart from the fact that it is damaged, the quality is top! I wanted the ivory color, it was only available in this size. Too bad.

I really like this brand. However, I was less pleased with the delivery that I requested to be home and that the second package was dropped off at a relay point without notifying me. The lady on the phone was super efficient in telling me where I had to go to pick it up. Nevertheless, when I request home delivery, I like it to be respected...
