Order placed in December 2021... delivery in May 2022... what compensation gift??

Quality items, fast delivery, everything was perfect.

Delivered before the desired delivery date (while on vacation). Very inconvenient when you have to pick up the package at a relay point when you don't have time to go and need the product. Misunderstanding during a call to customer service before purchase. Accessory was said to be part of the pack by the person on the phone but was not received as it is not actually part of the pack. Complicated to have to make a claim by email rather than by phone. Passed around from service to service. I still haven't managed to order the missing accessory. I believe I shouldn't have to pay shipping fees again since it wasn't my mistake and it could even have been offered to me. In short, my first experience with Wesco is not encouraging.

The site is great. I was delivered late, but it was the carrier that took a long time; Wesco followed up with them.

The navigation on the site went well, however, the delivery was spoiled by poor packaging; a poster tore when I took it out of the box because it was stuck to the tape of the packaging.

I have already ordered several items from Wesco and have always been satisfied, but in this specific case, the item was damaged during transport. I find this deplorable, especially since it was the Easter bunny gift for my 4-year-old grandson.

I had prepared my order on paper so easy navigation. The order arrived very quickly. Delivery was perfect.
