I contacted the carrier myself after a week because the merchandise was still at the dock. They did not deliver because they did not have my phone number. I checked, it is indeed indicated in my Wesco customer account. So there was an error on your part regarding communication with the carrier.

I recommend this site for children's awakening and early childhood. Regarding the ordering part on the website as well as the delivery, it went perfectly well, however it is impossible to receive the invoice for my item by email after calling twice in vain, still nothing received!!!
