Responsiveness following delivery error.

Fast delivery but unpleasant delivery person, annoyed because vehicles were poorly parked in my street. Unfortunately, I am not to blame, but the delivery person did not think so and does not want to return to this street. It's a shame that this incident affects the order.

I am happy because I received my order quickly, the material received is very good. But I was very surprised that the delivery person was not wearing a mask during the lockdown.

Faster delivery than expected, two days before the delivery, my package was still in transit. It's just a shame that we are not informed by email or SMS that the package will be delivered, because I could have not been home. Items conform. So very satisfied.
