The site is pleasant and the navigation intuitive, it is easy to get quotes and place orders online. For delivery, overall it is fast and of quality, just a small downside regarding books and puzzles, items often out of stock. We appreciate the quality of the material.

Not all ordered items were available at the same time. I accepted a later delivery but in total. I was able to choose a delivery date; a date that was not respected. I waited all day for nothing. The responsible service contacted the delivery company which reacted in 5 minutes and we agreed on another delivery date.

Site quite easy to navigate, although filtering by theme can sometimes be a bit tedious and there are many items. Package arrived on time but in poor condition. Repackaged by La Poste... Fortunately, all products were intact.
