Hello, the order has arrived, but not at the right place, even though the delivery address is correctly noted on the account, it's a shame

This is the second time that the pouch containing the Kamishibai book is torn, so in the package. This is not a delivery issue but rather, I think, during packaging and since it's for a gift, it's still frustrating.

Nothing to say except that seriousness and quality are present. This is the first time I ordered from Wesco and it won't be the last.
