I sent a message asking not to send my order before a specified date as requested on their site, and it was of no use. It arrived during my vacation and the box was put in the mailbox, blocking the rest of the mail. Disappointed that Wesco does not read messages.

Except that the delivery person did not look for the nursery, noted that he had passed and that we were absent. As a result, instead of being delivered on a Friday, we were delivered the following Monday. I don't mind paying a little more to be delivered faster, quite the opposite, especially since this material had been awaited for a long time by the team and the children, we were waiting to have the budget. But in this case, it would be good for the chosen provider to ensure the delivery afterwards; Thank you anyway.

The GLS delivery person came to me without a mask and got angry when I asked him to put one on. He gave me 2 packages, one of which, I realized upon opening, does not belong to me. The delivery person struggled to take it back from me, claiming that the recipient's label was indeed in my name. When I asked him how to find my missing package, he told me it was not his problem, that it was up to me to sort it out with GLS, and that he only worked for this company during the day due to their workload. Since then, I am still waiting for my package...
