It is December 26, a month after the order was placed, and my grandson did not receive the gift for Christmas even though you committed to deliver between December 21 and 23, 2020. This situation generates complete dissatisfaction and is the opposite of the joy we were supposed to create around him while we could not be present that day by his side. Your attitude, given that we trusted you a month in advance, is unacceptable. I find this process perverse and harmful as we wanted to create joy in our grandson's home. Today, I only have this laconic email from you and a very great frustration to live with the malaise that takes the place of the joy of giving a beautiful gift to one's own grandchild whom we cannot even go see. Your lack of response reinforces this negative feeling and gives us a dissatisfaction doubled with a total injustice in these pandemic times that prevent us from gathering as a family. I condemn your actions and request a precise delivery date as well as compensation commensurate with this very significant dysfunction
