Hello, for my first order, I am disappointed because for a 24-hour delivery, I did not receive my ordered items but an item that had nothing to do with it. I had to send an email to get a response from you the next day and receive my ordered package in 24 hours, the next day.

The home delivery was not carried out, the package has the required dimensions to be placed in my mailbox, moreover I was present, and it was dropped off at the relay point.
