Very very disappointed with customer service. After realizing that I had made a mistake in my order, I contacted the service. Impossible to modify my order placed a few minutes before. I was told that I had to cancel the order and place another one and that no, they could not help me, it was up to me to do it alone. I placed a new order but couldn't find how to cancel the first one. So I gave up but I am very disappointed. Three days later, I received a Wesco catalog in my mailbox announcing that shipping costs have been free for 15 days. Do you think customer service would have informed me?!?

It took several messages, photos to support, and numerous follow-ups to get responses. Finally, after all, a month later, customer service sent the correct references at their expense. I am generally satisfied... but for a first order for professional purposes, it does not allow for establishing an optimal trust relationship..
