Delivery took way too long compared to the order (2 months...)

The products are compliant but I received them in a completely torn and open package, it was the post office that put tape so the products wouldn't fall out. I have photos available. Under these conditions, I think I will no longer order from WESCO. Best regards

This is the second time that the pouch containing the Kamishibai book is torn, so in the package. This is not a delivery issue but rather, I think, during packaging and since it's for a gift, it's still frustrating.

Nothing to say except that seriousness and quality are present. This is the first time I ordered from Wesco and it won't be the last.

Very disappointed partly because of the two-month waiting period, which is very long, and there was damage to one of the plates that were more dug out, but if I return it, when will the return be! Very disappointed for the price which is relatively high
