The mat was delivered with slightly open plastic packaging, so the mat was dirty in that spot, fortunately, it washes very well. Everything was delivered at the same time, within the allotted time. Delivery times are extremely long! Order placed on 11/8, product in stock on the site. Email stating that the order has been delivered (it was the presentation catalog) then no news, as of today 12/9 they still do not know when I will be delivered, first and last time I order from them.

Very good site

I was unlucky, my package got lost and the baby paint was missing, which was sent to me after my complaint. The second package with cardboard bricks arrived, and 3 were missing, and one was damaged. Customer service is supposed to send me the 4 bricks. In conclusion, customer service works well, but it would be better to receive complete orders from the first shipment. I am disappointed, but Wesco products are of good quality.

My boxes arrived with a 1-day delay, 48h and 72h later. The boxes were open and the paint exploded. Not satisfied at all.

Information about the order and speed of shipping

Terrible! If there had been a zero, that would have been my rating. We were informed that the package would be delivered on December 1st. On the 2nd, we received a message that it would not be delivered to the chosen pickup point, then nothing more. It's not that complicated to send an email to say that the package is waiting at the post office and not in our mailbox as stated on your site.

Satisfied with my order, arrived on time, well packaged.
