If I could give 0 stars, I would gladly do so. Product arrived damaged, no customer service, fictitious customer service that responds a week later by email without apologizing for the inconvenience caused, offering you an 'exceptional' commercial gesture which is nothing more than classic after-sales service, to send you a product while asking a carrier to come pick up the damaged product without exchange until it is received by them. (really complicated logistics) Imagine the waiting time to enjoy your product for which they have already cashed the amount. 'Rather than simply sending the product back with a carrier who delivers the product in exchange for the damaged product.' Go figure! The customer is not at all at the center of Wesco's concerns (no customer service by phone, customer service that knows nothing and doesn't want to know anything). So if everything goes well, no worries, but if you have the misfortune of having a problem with your order, I wish you very good luck. A word to the wise!

VERY GOOD, MUCH FASTER THAN EXPECTED

The bed arrived broken. Very poorly packaged so it must have been damaged during transport. It takes 10 days just for my request to be processed by customer service. And I don't even know what Wesco will do. My son is left without a bed in the meantime... Very disappointed!

I easily found the product

This is the second order I placed with Wesco. The shipment is very fast. I bought elastic sponge bibs, a crib-style mat, a sleeping bag, a blanket, a sponge house sheet, and a laundry bib. The quality is there. I am surprised by the prices of some items that are cheaper than some major brands and for a much higher quality (sleeping bag and quilted blanket)
