I am a childminder, there is nothing to say, quality furniture, the cushions are sturdy and I ordered books, they are beautiful. The people I spoke to on the phone and during delivery were pleasant. Item well protected. I recommend this site even if a bit expensive

Good order tracking, but called twice to schedule delivery. Called on Thursday to be delivered the next day between 9 am and 5 pm: okay, I won't move all day: no delivery, no call for explanation! The following Monday called again for an appointment the next day for delivery. This time delivered around 4 pm.

Customer service is deplorable. What can I say about my order: missing, damaged, incorrect products... I contacted customer service to correct these errors, and it turned out to be a real obstacle course. I received several responses to the same email that contradicted each other. Slow and bad faith customer service: I had to follow up several times and send photos of the items they sent me to prove that they were not the references I ordered. I received my order in early May, today is June 14 and I am still waiting for a sheet of stickers. What SLOWNESS! Relatively expensive site, on some products we can see price differences of up to €10 compared to competitors.
