The delivery service is top-notch. Little information when there is a delay due to supply shortages (long delivery time of 7 weeks), but quick response when contacted.

I appreciated that the carrier called me before planning the delivery to know my availability. The delivery was quick. The delivered mattress arrived in perfect condition. I find the website a bit impractical, not very intuitive in terms of search categories, but maybe it's just me who doesn't know how to search.
