Order and site are perfect. The only downside is the delivery person leaving a message to make an appointment with the platform while he did not knock at the home, so delivery was postponed.

I bought the mattress cover with the mattress for the baby and I am very satisfied, my daughter goes to bed by herself and no longer cries like in her crib.

Very good products, in line with our expectations. Nice quality. However, we are very disappointed with the delivery. We requested 'home delivery', but after waiting (3/4 days) and a phone call (10 minutes of voicemail), I ultimately had to go to the Ziegler warehouses so my son could have his gift on time (1st birthday!)

VERY GOOD PRODUCT BUT DISASTROUS DELIVERY, DELIVERED ON THE SIDEWALK WITHOUT ANY PRIOR INFORMATION WITH AN UNPLEASANT DELIVERY PERSON EVEN THOUGH PREVIOUS DELIVERY WAS AT THE DOOR OF THE HOME.

Very correct packaging, no superfluous items, but what is needed to keep it closed and undamaged.

I had several advisors on the phone who were very unfriendly. I asked for help to make a quote (for €600) and was told that the colors 'N' do not exist without even looking, even though I insisted that I was sure I had seen that color before... I asked about delivery times and was told nonsense as if they wanted to dissuade me from my order, I don't understand... I spoke to 3 different people on the phone and it was the same each time. Fortunately, I was able to place my order myself; it's a shame this company has beautiful products, I'm now waiting for the receipt...
