Not easy when you are not an internet user. For example, for the sleeping bag, I wanted sky blue and I made a mistake because it arrived green.

It's perfect, hygiene products and educational games are great especially in a school and during this COVID period.

We received a product that did not match the description, namely a bed made mainly of raw plywood when the only composition mentioned was 'solid beech'. Customer service did not want to take back the product and has obviously corrected the erroneous description of their product since, this kind of practice is frankly detestable and I regret having trusted this company.

Products are quite expensive but of very good quality, nursery items, the bibs are of very good quality and durable. They are large, reaching down to the knees for 2-year-old children. I do not regret my purchase. The disinfectant products are effective and do not have a strong smell.

Very good site, very good product, but a downside to the delivery, I was asked for a phone number to contact the recipient who was different from me, but the delivery person only had my phone number... a bit awkward when you live 700 km away...
