Fan of this brand. I have never been disappointed with the product. However, disappointed with customer service as there was more than a week and a half delay. I never received an email.

Delivery times are incredibly loooooooooong!!! Items received 6 weeks after the order.

Products conform to the description but delivery service is more than mediocre. You cannot choose a delivery time slot. The delivery provider was very unpleasant, he did not want to carry the bulky package to my apartment door, nor even to the bottom of the building.
