The product sheets are not clear enough, which led me to buy a brachiation bar without the fixings, so I will end up paying more for shipping than for the fixings or simply not ordering from you anymore.

I ordered in mid-December for a pouf to make a Christmas gift. The pouf was available. A few days later, customer service informed me that the order would be delayed until early January 2020. I just received the pouf today. This is unacceptable. The other orders placed on your site went well. I will think twice now about buying from Wesco.

Hello, as always reliable and good products but increasingly surprised that they are made in China when these are products for children and not cheap in price.
