Search engine needs improvement. Search criteria do not work very well.

Clear and easy to use.

A little disappointment for the plasma ball that our child took in their hands to discover and it fell from barely 40cm and broke. We thought it would be a bit more shock-resistant since it was made for children... Otherwise, everything else is perfect!!! Good quality 😍

The site is very well done, I was not informed of the out-of-stock situation when I ordered in November. I had to contact customer service to be informed that the restock would be on January 20, which is 2 months after my order!

I am very satisfied with the wesco site, it is complete and very well described... however I am very unhappy with the delivery, the delivery person did not want to use his dolly or hand truck to deliver the very heavy boxes, so he asked me to help him bring them down from the height of the truck, since then I have had a lot of back and shoulder pain... this is unacceptable!!!

Too bad the delivery takes a lot of time (3 weeks is huge compared to Amazon). The delivery window is too wide (3 days!!). It is not specified on the site that the order is delivered only to the foot of the building. The rug meets expectations but I find it very expensive.
