Delivery earlier than expected, the delivery person called me the day before to inform me. He called me on the same day to warn me of his arrival a few minutes later. Efficient! Product consistent with my order. I am satisfied!

Lack of loyalty benefits

Despite a disagreement on the purchase date, the planned shipping date was postponed to the end of March while the kit was ordered on December 8. Upon my insistence, Wesco was able to meet its commitments. Thank you for my little twins

For now, it's difficult to evaluate. We'll see over time because given the price, we expect a good lifespan. My rating corresponds to the service, contact with the telephone service was average (staff not very pleasant but they do their job properly). Payment, no possibility to pay in installments, unfortunately (payment on delivery, as there was a different wait for each item, the payment was separated so it suited me)... Delivery between 9 am and 5 pm. Not practical at all, not precise, they do not notify beforehand. Item arrived as described and in perfect condition. No possibility to return if it doesn't suit you or at your expense!!

Delivery and especially the product is poorly protected in the box. The bag of screws was punctured.

Products a bit expensive but super quality. Package delivered by post, but the package was open.. fortunately nothing was missing (great post!).

I like the material sold by Wesco, the prices are too high. They respond quickly to emails. The telephone reception of their carrier is deplorable! That's why I took away one star.

The paint batch was not in the package and still no response following the complaint. We ordered from Wesco because the delivery is fast, but ultimately we do not know when we will receive the paint!

I give a bad rating not for the items but for the delivery which is really very poor! And the lack of information from your side regarding the delivery time.

I wanted to ask for advice and unfortunately, I did not get the right one!!!!

Satisfied except for two things: - I checked the box 'delivery in one go' which extended the delay. But my packages arrived in two shipments (a few days apart). This raises questions about the carbon footprint! - I made a return which is at my expense. €18 for the product and €16.5 for the return shipping costs. This does not satisfy me at all. The right to make a mistake is expensive!
