A very good product for children aged 2 and up despite a slightly high price. As for the delivery, what can I say: unacceptable: I received no email or SMS confirmation or appointment scheduling, the delivery person calls to say he can't find it and that I need to reschedule a visit specifying the exact address!!!!! I am very disappointed!

The packaging needs improvement, the boxes are jumbled because they are poorly secured and the cardboard arrives damaged and this time even torn on one side, the puzzle box (children's gift for Christmas) has a completely ruined corner and is therefore not very presentable. An effort is needed for packaging/shipping

Our item (high chair) did not arrive with the pattern indicated on the site (we received a chair with gray and white stripes instead of off-white with polka dots).

Package received in a completely ripped box. The cot is slightly damaged. There was also a problem with my address, the delivery person did not have it before calling me. So a one-day delivery delay.

The delivery of my package regarding a new standard cot 130 by 54 had two issues. The first is that the delivery person did not have my precise address even though I mentioned it on my account, he could not deliver to me yesterday. The second is that my package arrived with a very damaged box. The cot is slightly damaged. I wish to send you photos. The delivery by Collissimo that I paid dearly for to be delivered quickly arrived three days late compared to the expected date! One of the packages was incomplete: I only received one bottle of red gouache out of the 5 bottles I paid for!!! I called to complain but couldn't reach anyone. I wrote a complaint email and still have no response after 6 days!!
