Really disappointed. It was the first time I worked with Wesco, but I think it will be the last. They do not respect deadlines and especially do not inform the customer. A carpet ordered on December 6 received on January 9!!!!! I was the one who had to call to find out where my order was, even though they had my mobile and email address. And on top of that, I received the carpet by carrier in a simple plastic bag that could have been damaged during transport. When I called, I was barely received and not even a word of apology for the delay. No, really not commercial.

I was asked during my order when I wanted to be delivered. I selected between January 10 and 14. I was delivered in two parts on January 15 and 16. The box containing the mosaics and the abacuses arrived open, torn and not taped. One of the three panels of the caterpillar arrived without a box, in bubble wrap, and the tape stained the wood of the game. I spent 1.5 hours removing the glue with different products and a cutter blade, unfortunately, there are still traces.

Unhappy, Wesco did not take into account the color choice of the ordered carpet. We therefore have a carpet that does not suit us.

I am a childminder and I am a fan of your catalog. Only downside: that I cannot get a discount as a professional in early childhood like in childcare stores (Aubert, Bebe9,...) where I have a 10% discount upon presentation of my approval. Equipping a house for children is expensive, and I do not benefit from any assistance.
