I have difficulty navigating, finding the products. For delivery, they arrive without warning, we are not informed of the delivery day.

Very satisfied with the site. Just a downside regarding the delivery which was not clearly announced and without the possibility of rescheduling the date in advance in case of unavailability. But the delivery was faster than announced at the time of ordering.
Chair received broken. The packaging does not protect the chair. I can't reach customer service. Otherwise, the chair meets my expectations.
