We can't reach them by phone

Very disappointed to discover upon opening the packages that the items are not necessarily from the WESCO brand, and that they mostly come from China. In my opinion, this is therefore misleading advertising. Wesco is therefore a reseller, and this should be specified for each product.

Customer service contacted today...... photo does not go through the wesco procedure so again contact by phone...... to finish email and wesco procedure so a lot of time spent + disappointment of not having the 2 puzzles for Christmas + efficient customer service but without spontaneous apologies made....
