Delivery times were much longer than what was announced on the day of the order. The delivery person was not the most pleasant, who is supposed to have me sign the receipt and didn't even have a pen (nothing serious but inconvenient for me with an open door and children in the house that I am watching). Good quality rug, I appreciate that it was not rolled up for delivery.

The products are in good condition and match. The delivery did not take place at the right place, but the fault lies with Colissimo. Wesco's customer service, once contacted, reacted very quickly and resolved the problem, so perfect for me.
