Big delay in delivery, lack of information regarding the tracking of the package, unfortunate when it is for professional use! I had to buy another changing mat while waiting to receive the Wesco... I pointed out that a commercial gesture would be welcome but I am currently without any response!!!

I have received the 4 sensory light balls, 1 does not light up and a second one is half-lit. Message sent since December 1, no response... I am waiting...

No order tracking or transport monitoring. Package arrived at the wrong address without Wesco notifying. Fortunately, the caretaker who mistakenly received the package informed me!! Otherwise, I would still be waiting and Wesco would tell me that I received it!! No compensation for retrieving the package. I managed on my own for a bulky package that was supposed to be delivered to my home.
